• There is a 10% service fee on all orders that are canceled prior to product shipment.

• SkylerLabs j.d.o.o. offers a 30-day return policy (Excludes custom made items or custom engraved items). If you are not satisfied with your direct purchase, simply return it for a refund. You will need to email skylerlabsing@gmail.com prior to returning. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are at customer`s expense.

• After 30 Days: No refunds for credit after 30 days from invoice. No credit will be granted for shipping charges or surcharges.

• Return Void: No refunds will be issued if the product has been altered, damaged our heavily used by the consumer or anyone other than a SkylerLabs j.d.o.o. employee.
