Import Taxes & Duties Policy

When placing an order with us, the buyer is fully responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges that may be applied by the destination country’s customs authority. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

 

Customs policies vary by country, and we strongly encourage customers to check with their local customs office for more information before making a purchase.

 

By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and accept responsibility for any additional charges that may occur during importation.

 

Refused or Unpaid Duties Policy:

If the buyer refuses to pay import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned or abandoned by customs, the buyer is responsible for all associated return fees, customs handling charges, and original shipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued once the item is returned to us in its original condition, minus all shipping costs and any additional carrier or customs return fees. If the package is not returned—such as in cases where customs destroys or discards the item—no refund will be issued.
