However, as stated in the contracts for all Skylerlabs j.d.o.o. programs, Skylerlabs j.d.o.o. according to applicants must be able to contact via email, from application to completion of the program. Once Skylerlabs j.d.o.o. program ends, the former participant will be able to unsubscribe from receiving further e-mails from Skylerlabs j.d.o.o..

Your violation of these Terms of Use may also authorize Skylerlabs j.d.o.o. to file a lawsuit against you and to use all other legal remedies available under the law or fair.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

This contract is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. You agree that any litigation between you and Skylerlabs j.d.o.o. be submitted for resolution exclusively to the competent federal or state court with its seat in the Republic of Croatia.

This agreement supersedes all previous agreements between you and Skylerlabs j.d.o.o.. Participants are informed that their personal data is collected, stored, processed and used when necessary for the execution of the contract (GDPR)

Participants have the right to request that the Responsible Person correct any of the possibly inaccurate personal data without undue delay.

Under the terms of the GDPR, Participants have the right to request that the Responsible Person delete their personal data without undue delay.

Under the terms of the GDPR, Participants have the right for the Responsible Person to limit their personal information upon request without delay.

Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority, in accordance with the GDPR.
